Our client was hit by a negligent driver in Delray Beach, Florida. Thankfully, a witness captured the entire incident on his dashcam, which showed the negligent driver was 100% at fault. Our client was taken to the emergency room where she received care for her injuries.
Over the next several months, our client received medical treatment for various injuries. Critically, our client sustained hearing injuries as a result of her driver and side airbags deploying in her car.
